gas lease in Bradford County

I am finding this discussion very interesting. I’m in Bradford County, north of Troy and south of Elmira, NY. My properties are in South Creek Township, Columbia Township, and Springfield Township. I have not yet leased my property. Can anyone inform me as to the going rate per acre in my area and anything else of importance and the companies working those areas?

I lost the URL but do a google search for "Friensville Gas Lease Group" and you should find the site. Last I heard for this part of Susquehanna $2000 per acre was in discussion with 15% royalty for a 5 year lease.
