This is the biggest load of horse shit I have ever seen in regards to the BATFE strong arming someone because of a gun malfunction. I seriously hope this guy doesn't get in any trouble for this and sues the crap out of the BATFE after this.

I am not religious by any means, but I am going to do my form of "praying" for this guy's well-being.

He was convicted of the Felony charge. Not to mention his 16 year military career is over and he's awaiting sentencing. I'm not sure how much more trouble he could be in... It's worst-case-scenario for this guy.

I wonder if they would go after a slam-fire? What about an accidental bumpfire, it's been known to happen to an inexperienced shooter firing an AR from a bench.

Somehow I felt there was/is something more to this story. Take a look
here www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2000225/posts and you get the idea that David Olofson definitely has been set up. Anybody have any ideas how we can help this guy? Words of support can be emailed to olofson@charter.net. That might be a good start. I'll be keeping a close watch on this case.
