Re: question about applying for LTCF
You will need to apply to the county that matches your drivers license or in the city of philly you apply with the police.

Re: question about applying for LTCF
The county in which you reside. I hear Bucks is very friendly. What is the address on your drivers license?

Re: question about applying for LTCF
Thank you I that's what I figured unfortunately. Where I live they only do it until 3:30 pm I think it's like that everywhere else in pa. it makes it hard for me to get back home in Time.

Re: question about applying for LTCF
I assume you are going to Penn Tech. If you live in an apartment off campus you should be able to change your drivers license to a Williamsport address then apply in lycoming county. I got mine renewed back in december and it takes all of 20 minutes at the court house if you go mid-week. With all the hassles involved in getting the LTCF in Philly I think this might be a good option.

Re: question about applying for LTCF
I am a Penn Tech Alum. Just be careful according to their rules you are not allowed to carry or have any firearms on campus. If you live on campus they will provide locked storage if you have a firearm for hunting. I would recommend carrying around Williamsport though.
