    Default Driving thru Maryland

Going on business trip driving from PA to Arlington, VA. Pennsylvania concealed carry reciprocity in Virginia, but what do I do while driving through Maryland?

I am not a lawyer. Nothing I say or write is legal advice.

As stated in the link and especially in MD, make sure magazines are NOT LOADED!
The original point and click interface was a Colt Peacemaker!

I didn't know MD was a state that considers a loaded magazine to be a loaded firearm.
I know Ohio is, but wasn't aware that MD is.

Two sites that can be helpful.

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firea...Protection_Act : this explains the Firearms Protection Act including traveling through others states. Edited to add......after looking at Twency's link, that one is much better for information about the FOPA

http://www.handgunlaw.us/ : Has most of Maryland's (and any other states laws)

They aren't. IANAL, so I keep a copy of this letter, and others, when travelling in, and through MD.
