I disagree with one thing in that video, It doesn't make any sense to shoot with one eye closed! Common sense would be shooting with both eyes open!

Not for all of us. I am nearly bling in my left eye and it is a big distraction when I try to shoot with both eyes open. But that is just common sense.

As for "two eyes open" shooting, I can do that when I'm running a red dot optic out on the end of my rifle, etc.

But, on pistols I have had laser eye surgery and my right eye is my "distance" eye with 20/10 in it and my left eye is my "close in" eye designed for reading distances. The "distance" eye is great for rifle shooting.

When I try to keep both open while shooting a handgun it is problematic to get a good front post in focus sight picture.
