LTCF needed on public transportation?
I've been having a discussion with a friend and he insists you don't need a LTCF aboard public transportation such as a city bus or taxi. I've looked in 6106(b) and can not find an exception there.
Anyone know of one?"Having a gun and thinking you are armed is like having a piano and thinking you are a musician" Col. Jeff Cooper (U.S.M.C. Ret.)

Re: LTCF needed on public transportation?
You need one on a riding lawn mower or a horse or a bicycle for heaven's sake.
It doesn't matter if the cab, bus, or train is yours or someone elses, you need an LTCF in or on a vehicle. If you don't know who your state legislators are go here:

put your zip plus 4 in the box in the upper right hand corner.

Re: LTCF needed on public transportation?
I would not wager my future on successfully arguing that a bus, taxi, or train is not a "vehicle".

Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.
