    Default Delaware carry question

So I have a Utah and a Florida non residence permit which I know covers me in Delaware, even in Dover, me and my gf were talking about going to the shore a few times in the summer and id rather not go to Jersey since the Delaware shore is only about an extra 30 min drive and i get to keep my right to protection plus the shore is probably a lot nicer than Jersey

Anyways here is my question, I can see state parks and national parks are off limits in Delaware, so are the beaches considered state parks? Is there any chance of entering a state park and not knowing it? Or are state and national parks posted at the entrances for the most part?

    Thanks for any info

Depends on the beach. Delaware Seashore State Park is just south of Dewey Beach to about Bethany. Then from there south you have Fenwick Island State Park down to the MD. line. North of Dewey you have Cape Henlopen State Park.

You should pretty much be able to tell you are entering any of these...during the season After Memorial Day, they collect entrance fees. Any other time there are boths set up with an honor system for paying.
