I have one that was recieved Aug 11. When I called in November I was told it is taking 15 months from the date it was recieved; they no longer tell you when your item went pending unless it was before the summer months..

I spoke to them 3 weeks ago (I have 3 suppressors pending).

    1) Paperwork sent last week of May 2013. Went pending first week of July 2013. Was told I will have it in April 2014.

    2) Paperwork sent the first week of Sept 2013. Went pending the third week of Oct 2013. Was told I will have it in July 2014.

    3) Paperwork sent the third week of Oct 2013. I was told that no information was available at this time.

I also bought a SBR from a Class 3 in Texas during the first week of the government shutdown. As of today, we are still waiting for the transfer to take place from the Texas Class 3 to my Class 3 in Pennsylvania.

I sucks knowing that the Form 4 for a MG that I sent in a few weeks ago in 2013 might not be approved until 2015.

I passed on a couple of good deals on cans that I have seen on various boards because I don't feel like waiting six months for the Form 3 and a year for the Form 4. And yes many Form 3s are taking four to six months.

Not quite. If the dealer uses EForms the transfer is 30 days. If he sends it in they take about 2-3 months.

Sorry Bud, maybe for you 2-3 months, around here 4-6 and most are waiting towards 6. And due to the bugs in the system when the Efile first went online, some dealers are waiting for the bugs to get worked out.

Sorry, but wrong again. I think I do more transfers than you do, and I have never had to wait 4-6 months. I don't care where your from if it's in PA we have the same examiner. Before the EForms my longest wait was 3-3.5 months, now it's down to 4-5 weeks. I don't know who your dealing with, but something aint right in the hen house if your waitin 6 months on form3's.
