Default Selling handgun from PA to WV resident

Sorry if this has been asked before. For a handgun I am selling I had somebody from WV interested in buying it. I ended up finding a PA buyer first but it made me wonder for future reference how that would have to go down. Could we just meet at an FFL in WV or PA and do the transfer, or would I have to have a PA FFL ship the handgun to a WV FFL?

    Thanks.

The transfer must go through an FFL in the buyer's state of residence, so he would need to locate one willing to do the transfer and find out what his requirements are.

The handgun can be shipped by you, but some FFLs aren't comfortable with that.

Long guns can be transferred by a FFL in either state.

There is a wealth of information in the 'stickies' at the top of the Firearms section of The Classifieds... http://forum.pafoa.org/firearms-6/

While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
