Re: Pa NFA trust
It was likely me. A lot of ARFCOM members have posted my blogs and other information on the site. The main law firm site is www.PrinceLaw.com and our firearms law division is www.FirearmsIndustryConsultingGroup.com
Feel free to contact me.Joshua Prince, Esq. - Firearms Industry Consulting Group - www.PaFirearmsLawyer.com

Re: Pa NFA trust
Joshua Prince did mine 2 years ago and after several NFA items never had a problem with ATF approving them. He is the way to go. And yes must get to his machine gun shoots.

Re: Pa NFA trust
Does anyone have a suggestion on who to contact to get a trust that would be valid in the State of Delaware? I can't seem to find a local lawyer with and knowledge of gun trusts in this state. The only NFA items allowed here are SBRs. Autos or silencers are not options.

Re: Pa NFA trust
Forgive me for my lack of knowledge on "NFA Trusts".. but what exactly does a trust allow us to do that we couldn't do with the regular Tax Stamp process? Is it easier to acquire the Stamps or Firearms??
Thanks
Rick
