Gun Trust Liability Question
I was asked to be a beneficiary to a gun trust from an out-of-state in-law. They're former law enforcement and using a lawyer. I have no doubt the trust will be set up correctly. What I can't seemed to find info on is what are my responsibilities/liabilities as a beneficiary to the trust?
For example, will I have to pay inheritance taxes? Transfer fees?
Am I open to personal litigation if one of the weapons is used in a crime?
Etc...
Thanks for any feedback.

Re: Gun Trust Liability Question
I would ask those questions to the lawyer the person is using.
