Are you talking about Taylors Trading Post close to Biglerville?

I wonder how this effects anyone who has sold and purchased a handgun from there in the last couple of years?

I bought a gun from him last year, actually traded guns with him. If my transaction is one with no paperwork, then the gun I bought would still show up in Taylor's name right? and the gun I traded would still be mine? This could be tricky if I went to sell the gun or a LEO wanted to run it.

Man your spot on, this may be tricky. Im hopin for your sake since all is legit and honorable on your end, all will be good. I`d inquire with a lawyer just to be on the safe side or even pm that gunlawyer on this forum.

    all the best.

I honestly think the issues came from all his internet transactions . He sold a bunch of stuff online much more then in the store. When you buy a gun in person you fill out most if not all of the paperwork yourself. when a gun is sold online not only is there more paperwork but no one there to fill it out but the seller.
