    I was only there once, he had some decent stuff, but everything was priced top dollar.

    Yes the prices were a bit to the high side . I did just hear that the main issue was that he had no electronic records because his computer crashed. He had all the paper copies,but I guess in this day and age that is not good enough.

    Well the place has been open for business for the past six months. Apparently Dave now has the FFL and is operating the place. They still have almost everything you could want, but tend to be on the pricey side.

    ATF will establish terms to facilitate Taylor’s liquidation of his firearms inventory in a specified time period.

    I saw an ad in the Franklin Shopper a week or two ago for Taylor's, are the open or not?

    I doubt that the shop is open, considering Taylor's FFL was revoked. The FFL does not transfer to anyone else. As far as liquidation, the firearms will be confiscated and then taken to another FFL to be sold.

    There has been another FFL holder working there since Taylor's license was revoked and is operating with business as usual. It's perfectly legal too.
