When it's time for my renewal I plan to go to Berks County, unless I find another county closer before then that would be good.IANAL. I don't give legal advice. I'm only stating my OPINION.
(Did I really need to say that on an Internet forum? LOL)

Is there a reason you can't go to Media, Delaware County, which is closest? I looked on the website and see nothing prohibiting out-of-state apps. In fact, here is a link to a FAQ page mentioning non-res specifically (Line 4b). The next link down is the main page link.

I would call first just to make sure. Anyway, I hope you Delaware boys are organized and ready to fight the good fight against your gun-grabbing governor. He wants to be the next Cuomo. I don't know what your state legislature looks like, but with Biden as AG, there's cause for serious concern down there.

Re: Most User Friendly County in S.E. PA for Nonresident Permit
My wife and I just spent a chunk of this morning calling our U.S. Senators to fight the Feinstein bill and yesterday emailing our state legislators to fight Markell's absurd legislation. In fact, the email I checked just before this one was a BS response from Markell's staff, convincing me further that most lawmakers are brain-dead.
