    History of the World Part 2 would be nice, I don't think it would be nearly as funny if he would have made it shortly after Part 1 though.

    Seriously though, what did you expect?

    It's one thing to "not comply" when it's time, but to publicly, and permanently (say it forget it - write it regret it) proclaim that you WILL knowingly, willingly, and defiantly violate the law?
