Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Re: "no comply" petition

It's one thing to "not comply" when it's time, but to publicly, and permanently (say it forget it - write it regret it) proclaim that you WILL knowingly, willingly, and defiantly violate the law?
Yeah, OK.I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!
