Weekend that incomming calls have turned "Overwelmingly" anti gun, starting about 2 weeks ago. Obama's strategy appears to be working

I was perusing thru PA section 908 (a) § 908. Prohibited offensive weapons.
(a) Offense defined.--A person commits a misdemeanor of the first degree if, except as authorized by law, he makes repairs, sells, or otherwise deals in, uses, or possesses any offensive weapon.

(c)definition of "offensive weapons". It list them.... and then.... any stun gun, stun baton, taser or other electronic or electric weapon or other implement for the infliction of serious bodily injury which serves no common lawful purpose"

"No common lawful purpose"??? The police use tasers everyday. I'm interpreting this as...If I have a "disparity of force" encounter with an individual, PA would rather I kill the person than stun him and everybody lives.
Am i correct?

In that case, I'm very worried - because according to your definition, most of those "American people" apparently voted for the other guy -you know, a guy who had a proven history of signing "Assault weapon" bans into law.

You're wrong. The American People will absolutely get behind it. The only resistence will be a few Right-wing outliers and Domestic Terrorists. At least that is how it will be written.
