Applying for LTCF in Bucks?
I just turned 21 Saturday, picked up my first handgun, and Monday I'm looking to apply for my LCTF. Now, before I go running around to the wrong place or whatever the Bucks County website failed to really mention where exactly I go to do the application, it mentioned the Sheriffs office as well as three different courts in the area.
Should I just go to the Sheriffs office in Doylestown? I've heard that the whole process is faster if you just go straight to Doylestown, rather then me filling it out at the Levittown Government Center next to where I live, some people said it's true, so is it better to just go there then?
I have my drivers license, and the cash for the fee, that's all I should need to bring with me right?
Thanks!

Re: Applying for LTCF in Bucks?
I found an application online from another county that you could fill out right online and print out. I filled it out, printed it out and took that with me to the Levittown office. I was only there a total of 5 or 6 minutes total and they had the permit back in less than 3 weeks and that was over the Christmas holiday season. Fast, easy and quick if you have it filled out ahead of time.

Definitely go to Doylestown. Fill out the form before you go(it's available online) and bring you money and ID . Took me 45 minutes because there were 5 people a head of me but I got it instantly .

Re: Applying for LTCF in Bucks?
It will probably take twice as long to get there than to get the lctf. I was there maybe 20 mind on my visit to doylestown. Don't take anything metal with you aside from keys I wasn't allowed to go in with an Allen wrench.

The process is alot easier if you go to Doylestown with the application in hand.

Re: Applying for LTCF in Bucks?
i gor mine in 4 days from levittown, the wife got hers in a week, my renewal is up son, so i'm going to go to doylestown as an excuse to ride my motorcycle (and getting it same day to avoid any stupid cops for trying to bust me for carrying on my still legal az and ut permits thanks to katleen kane spewing about florida "loopholes")
my goal: to get every good person in the philly region responsibly armed.
