hornady service
a bracket had broke on my LNLAP press for the primer feeder Z bar, no one on the net had it for sale so I called hornady to get the part, I have to say there service is really good, next time I have a problem Im calling again. I get a lady all she asks me is for my zip code and last name, she looks it up and asks if Ron is my first name and asks me if the address they have is correct, then she goes on and asks what she could do for me, I had my parts manual here with the part number and asked her if I could get that bracket with my credit card out waiting to give her the number, next thing she tells me it will be shipped right out no charge since every part on the press is lifetime warrenty I thought Id have to pay for it. just figured id post up about it. I heard dillion is the same way with there service but its just nice to see some people still dont give you a hard time.

Re: hornady service
lethal93ta,
+1 When assembling my LNLAP it was short a piece and a screw, the guy on the phone was pleasant and sent the parts right out. Luckily neither of the part shorted prevented operation of the unit. I'm happy with the service and the quality of Hornady loading equipment.Jack
