Ammo update
I was At Dick's last night and picked up some Rem 180gr .40 S&W for like $21 per box. There were at least 10 boxes there. Also, some steel cased .308 by Hornady. Just an FYI...

Re: Ammo update
The .308 is Hornady Steel Match 155gr Hollowpoint for $54ish per box of 50 according to the guy I just talked to on the phone. Kinda pricey compared to Midway where it lists for $42, the difference being that it does actually exist @ Dick's unlike being a figment of the imagination like anywhere else. My CETME might need a snack if I go before work

Re: Ammo update
Dick's is one of the one's that was first to take their AR's out of sales for their costumers were they not. Unless they've changed their policy I wouldn't give them a dime for their merchandise. That would make them part of the anti second amendment. Or do we just pick the part of the constitution we want to support.

Re: Ammo update
Yeah I think the problem at Gander and Cabela's is trying to keep up with demand. I was at Gander Mountain in Moon. The guy I talked to said they get the stuff in and it's gone in record time. If you guys bought at Dick's we could rub our two index fingers together and say shame shame, but I don't think you'll lose your man card. It's a matter of princible.

To each his own... If I had a local dealer in State College that wasn't a rapist I would buy my ammo there...
