I finally found one!!! Yay!!! After several weeks of searching, I finally got a hold of one this morning at riflegear.com. Price was $679 with free shipping. Hopefully it'll arrive sometime next week. Now my 870 Magpul will have a friend.

After you shoot the 590 your 870 might sit idle for awhile..

I used to have one and I miss it sooooooo badly. I had to sell it and a few others when my X and I split up to get some money to move out. Of all the guns I've ever sold, I regret getting rid of that one the most. My 870 and 930 are more ergonomic and out of the box, I thought the 870 was a bit smoother but the controls on the 590 combined with the 8+1 capacity are what made it so appealing to me. You should be excited. I think you'll really like it.

Thanks! I really look forward to receiving it. Got a notification by email this morning that it's already been shipped. I've never bought anything from riflegear before but so far, everything has been smooth sailing.

I have one and love it. I put the hogue forend and hogue 12" lop stock on mine. I did have a problem with the bayonet. It wouldn't stay on while under fire so i sent it back to mossy and they fixed it no charge. That was the only problem well that and mossbergs super long stock.

Cool gun, My 590A1 has the speed stock and 3 dot sights. No bayonette lug.

Is it easy to replace the stock on the 590? I like the Magpul furniture a lot on my 870 and they're coming out with a version for the Mossy's this year. I plan on leaving everything else alone except for that.

Awesome find man, I have been toiling over shotty options lately and that is a purrrty option for sure. Hopefully this year I can weasel a couple into my hands without breaking the bank. I saw your ad for the 870 Magpul and certainly can't say that wasn't a temptation!
