Ed Mills in Farrell, PA. Or lycanthrope, if he'll do it for you.

Depends on the work you want done. Some guys are rifle/pistol/shotgun only. Some jobs can be done by most anyone. Some should only be done by the best.
I wouldn't got to anyone but Mike Dean for rifle work. Gary Natale of Gans Guns for 1911's. It varies for shotguns.

Re: Good Gunsmith(s) W PA
I appreciate the responses. Basically want to have someone I can take 1911's to when they need to be tuned up or possibly some trigger work etc. Also, like to have a go to smith for Garand and other milsurp type rifles to give them a once over every so often. Heard great things about Mr Veronesi but have also heard that he doesn't take on new clients anymore.

Veronesi was still working on gun in the past few months. He tends to be on the expensive side, in my opinion.
For basic 1911 work, Hallston Custom Machining in Slippery Rock is pretty good.
Depends on where you're located and how far you want to drive.

For basic 1911 work, Lycanthrope. I've seen him doing crazy things to 1911s on a shooting bench during IDPA shoots.
