Hi Cap Mag Restriction In Philly??????

The H&K hi cap mags seem to be the only one that have Philly listed as restricted.

Heh, Just my luck. No worries though, I was looking for factory H&K mags anyway.

hmm, I mailed CTD last year, notifying them of the fact thet no such law exists, that PS has state exemption, etc.
never got a reply.

Ahh well.

Well, they are "Cheaper than dirt" for a reason. Primarily they are too willing to take the broadest intrepretation of any ruling or law.
