Default Looking for an FFL in SEPA (to accept from non-FFL)

    Hey all,

I'm looking for dealers in SEPA that will accept from a non-FFL holder. I am buying a gun used and this process is new to me. Mine says 'no'. Read here that it was, in fact, legal. So now I'm on the hunt. Any recommendations?
