Sierra Help Plz

I'ma way from my press and manuals for a while, but the upside is there are several "virgin" LGSs to cruise for supplies.

I'd appreciate it if someone with the latest Sierra manual could give me the names of the powders listed as "Accuracy Load" for .223 55gr, 75gr, and 80gr.

One of them was VV N-140, but I don't recall which and I don't recall the other two.

It's the following:
AR / Bolt

55 gr. Varget / Viht 133
77 gr Viht 140 / none given
80 gr Viht 140 / Varget
