One of the most accurate mil-surps I've ever shot. Also one of the nicest built. I'd have no worries about getting one if the price was right.

Do you have the owners name tag? Usually comes with the gun(under butt plate) when you buy them from a 03 dealer.
K31's are seriously accurate. I cant wait to get mine scoped. My M1A is out to 600yrds with golden bear, i'm quite sure the k31 will out perform it.

399.00 doesnt seem too bad. I bought mine (09) for 199.00 .
I can kick myself in the ass, I traded a k31 and a yugo sks (new) for a rc helicopter a few years back
