    Exclamation 5.56 green tip question

    Is this a penetrator round?
I bought it back in 01 and i have no use for it.
I would like to trade it, but i dont know the TRUE HONEST value of it.
My question is: What is the honest non panic buyer price of this ammo?
    Thanks.....

Green tip is 62gr, should be a steel core but i dont see a nato head stamp.

A fair price now would be 50c a round. 62gr cost more than 55gr.

    How much do you have?

LC is usually the most expensive surplus ammo.

Last year I was buying IMI green tip for 33c a round. IMI is on par with LC, not sure what the other ammo is.

Lee-online is right about 40-50 cents a rounds but you could easily get 375-425.00 for the lot.

    arfcom search..........
Olympic Arms & Ammunition S. A., Acioupoli, Kulois, Greece (contract for Taiwan-NPA=National Police Administration) Cases made by Sellier & Bellot, Prague.

This ammo is ranked among the very worst in the ratings.

The average idiot sees LC, green tip, and brass and were off to the races.

I'm looking on the auction sites right now and it appears that people are coming to their senses.

    Thanks guys for the info...
I didn't want to put it on poofa (for trade) for more than its worth. But i don't want to take a beating on it either.

I was looking through some of my receipts from years past....
I paid 1.00 per rnd for 762x54r tracer/ 8mm tracer and that was in 09

Money/work must have been good back then... I'm going to use that stuff
