Properly shipping ammunition?

What are the regulations (if any) for shipping ammunition? I'm going to list some spare ammo for sale, and I am curious how I would go about shipping it? Take it down to the post office? Haha.. I really have no clue.

UPS or FedEx Ground (it cannot go air!), with an ORM-D sticker on the box.

Also, you need to take it to an actual fedex or UPS hub to ship...the UPS stores and places like them that you see will not touch ammo. I tried it once, and I was treated like I was Satan himself.

Bah. Pack it up yourself. Make sure it's well packed. Print your own ORM-D label. Generate the shipping paperwork on-line, and drop the whole sealed package off any where UPS or FedEx ground picks up. They don't need to know it's ammo.
