from a kahr to....a 1911?
I posted this in the concealed carry forum, but figured it would get more opinions here. Help m, friends!
I've decided it's time for the cw9 to go. At first inwas looking at a g19 or some such but I find myself eyeing a commander or cco sized 1911 more
And more.
I see kimbers and sigs and such for over a grand, as well as other top tier custom pistols. I've also seen 1911s fail in intense pistol courses.
So with that in mind how affordable can a carry sized 1911 (I carry best around 3 o'clock) be and be good enough?
Suggestions?interested in a cz kadet kit, if anyone's selling

Sometimes, a 1911 tuner should stick to cooking pasta.

Glocks can do it, too, but the guide rod melted and fell out of this one.

BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

I'm looking at a pair of these for a project I want to do. http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/p...s_id/411546486
I see them, used, at shows, for around $300, to $350. They are solid, just like the RIA's.
This is a great deal on a great carry 1911, IMO. http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/p...s_id/411534331BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.
