Good ideas for a tactical shotgun

Does anyone have a preference for a tactical shotgun for home defense.. I have owned guns all my life, and have had a few different shotguns over the years, but never a tactical one..

I like the idea of a higher capacity 7 round shotgun, I am just not up on the different models..

Who makes the better guns, Remingtom, Winchester, Benelli, Beretta, Mossberg, etc,

and what is the price range for some different lines..

You may get some personal opinions about the name brands you listed, but they are all fine choices, and price will really depend on how "tactical" you want to go.
