    Angel Cruz has once more shown his depth of understanding, knowledge and respect of our Commonwealth's Constitution by offer in legislation:

    HB 239 which proposes the registration of ALL privately owned firearms in Pennsylvania. Said registration shall be accompanied by photograph and fingerprints of owner.

    Regular Session 2013-2014
    House Bill 239

    Short Title: An Act relating to firearm registration; providing for duties of the Pennsylvania State Police; and imposing penalties.

    What bullshit and surprise, surprise, he another one of Philly's Finest lawmakers. Can we please annex that city to Jersey, PLEASE.
