I'm down for that as well. We should organize something. There's enough of us in the Pike / Milford area for a mini meet-and-greet. I don't care whether we go to Taco Bell or something else, although I am particular to my burritos.

I don't know any of my neighbors. But then again I'm surrounded by empty houses....rentals and foreclosures have killed my property value...

got alot of that too. Ive got alot of weekenders as well though. Ive talked to my neighbors beyond a hi how are you less than a handful of times in the 4 years ive lived here.

Like you are all saying, I hardly know any of my neighbors but I am a bit further north of you folks. It is sad to say, but that seems to be the way it is anymore, people just mind their own business and go about their life without even trying to build "community relationships" I would much rather know people by name, at least then you have a better idea of who is coming/going or does/doesn't belong.

Our weekends are tend to be booked up between me working Saturdays and family parties (large family, lots of neices and nephews) but if people want to try a gathering, lets have at it. Seems like most of you are Pike Co. so traveling down to Milford is fine by me. Perhaps start a different thread so as to leave this one to the topic at hand?

I know how you feel. Where I live I am surrounded by grey hairs so I haven't had a chance to really meet people with similar interest in the 6 years I have been up here. I spend 5 days a week driving off to work getting consumed with that, I spend the other two days just lying around. I will go to the range once, maybe twice a month typically on my own. It seems like most PAFOA members live south or west from here, not many seem to live in the Pike County area.
