Default Spotted OC at Cinemark in Moosic

Did Cinemark change their policy in the wake of the Colorado shooting? Was in Moosic tonight (CCing) and spotted an OCer.

AFAIK, they still have a no weapons policy.
The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun, and the only thing that stops a good guy with a gun is the government.

Was there a few weeks ago. Had little bright green signs saying "No firearms" or something to that effect just below the counter at every ticket window.
