applying for ltc with temp drivers license

Hello everyone this is my 1st post. I'm a fairly new resident to pa in mongomery county. just got my drivers license transfered from nj last friday.
My question is can I apply for a ltc license with a temporary drivers license or do I need to wait for my permenant 1.

I believe you have to be a resident for 6 months and have a current Drivers license or state ID.

I called there is no wait for residence time the Deputy stated to me just to wait for my pemenant drivers license to come in the mail and everything will be fine.

Took me like 4 days to get my license in the mail. Took it to the sheriff the same day and got my permit. I'm in Luzerne county.

Negitive I xfered my maryland license over on feb 6th and on feb 9th i went and applied for my LTCF in dauphin county.....no need to wait go apply
