I'll assume it's federal property, so that would be a felony. IANAL

Re: CC or Open Carry on US Army Corps of Engineers
As a Corps employee, I have some interest in the subject. I could only find one decent link relevant to the subject. It is very limited, and specific in scope and does not appear to apply to all Corps land, however.

Re: CC or Open Carry on US Army Corps of Engineers
Carrying in any form is forbidden, except while hunting/fishing in the designated areas. Gun must be unloaded when transported from vehicle to/from hunting/fishing location.
See page 2 of pdf - Subsection 327.13 Explosives, firearms, other weapons and fireworks.

Re: CC or Open Carry on US Army Corps of Engineers
In PA - no, because you cannot "use" a firearm to take any species of fish, reptile, or amphibian that are regulated by the Fish & Boat Commission under PA law.
The key words are "Being used for hunting or fishing".
ACoE regulation not only regulates loaded, but also unloaded. So, you cannot have an unloaded gun on the boat either.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515

Not that we don't have enough on our plate ut we should try o do something about this. I like to fish, camp and hike at Kinzu. Often times we will take the boat to remote areas of the lake. I would like to be allowed to legally carry a firearm in my boat on my person. You never know when you may run into something "unfriendly" Being deep in the woods, miles from nowhere and unarmed makes me edgy and does not let me enjoy myself as much.

Re: CC or Open Carry on US Army Corps of Engineers
Sooooo..... Reading that it seems that when I go muzzleloading ( legally ) on Army Corps of Engineers land, I'm not allowed to carry a pistol for protection from coyotes, wolves, etc etc? I was once surprised by a large coyote that emerged from the bushes about 20 feet from me while muzzleloading, now I don't like to go out with only one shot available to me lol.
Is that how others read it?I'm faster than Doc Holliday (with Novocaine of course)
