    Default Lehigh valley ltcf

    Several years ago I got a dui for a controlled substance. I was placed in ard and later got it expunged. I purchased two guns from a ffl and passed. Will the price charge provent me to get a permit? There is a spot on the berks county form asking have you ever been convicted of violating the controlled substance act. Can I say no ?

    If you successfully completed ARD then you were never convicted. So you are correct and truthful in answering no.
