Yugo bolt hold open AK mag going for $39.95???

On JGSales...CRAZINESS! I got mine in December as part of a package. At that price I'm honestly thinking of selling it!

What have you guys seen for crazy mag prices? Aside from CTD of course. ;-)

Hey, on some gun boards the idea of GOUGING each other is "sport". So if you can get the price - I guess that is the new norm now for sales.

Gunowners are always our own worse enemies in one form or fashion.

Someone who knew I was looking for AK mags sent me a FB link - a private seller had a bunch for $25 which isn't unreasonable NOW considering APEX wanted $17.99 (I think) in early December.

Give it time, more will become available.

When I ordered a set from APEX in late Nov, one ended up being defective.
I had to send it back and have them determine if it was in fact defective and they would ship me out a replacement.
Well, in that time all hell broke loose and while I waited for it to get to them, I watched as stock sold out EVERYWHERE, and finally, the Yugo BHO mags on APEX sold out as well. Great.

I called and expressed my concern that I may now be out of luck getting my replacement. They told me "Don't worry, we have a ton of them - we just pulled them from the website to be sure we had enough to cover all the incoming orders - you'll have a new one shipped out within the week."

Numrich had a shitload of AK mags available until recently and I ordered a BUNCH at prices ranging from $15 to $19. The next day they bumped the $21 ($19 in 3 or more) mags to $35!

Deals were a matter of dumb luck recently and I've been lucky to have found them.
