    Default Can you purchase 2 handguns in less than 7 days in PA?

    Last Wednesday had a gun I purchased on line transferred to me at an FFL.

    Can I go out before 7 days and purchase another handgun at a gun shop with no issues, with the time between purchases less than a week?

    Or do I have to wait for the background check not to get rejected?

    as many as you would like, dont think there is a wait period...

    Ive done quite a few guns in a short period of time

    As many as you want, no wait. If you buy from the same dealer within 7 days though, he just has to do extra paperwork for ATF - go figure!

    You can buy as many as you want within a week. However, if you're doing it from the same dealer, they are required to send in your info to the ATF.

    You can buy 100guns in week if you like.

    FFL have to report any purchase more then 1/week to ATF.

    And I know of few people that ATF did paid visit to.
    one guy bought 5 H&K something in consecutive serial number or something like that. ATF was there kocking on his door in like 3 weeks checking things out.

    You can buy as many as you like but you will only be able to take home three guns with each background check.
