Last night someone broke into my home in sewickley. There were only a few things touched. My great uncle's model 70 30.06, my kel-tec p911, my surefire flashlight its a 6P, my insight technologies XML rail mounted light, my glock case that had the mormal stuff including an extra magazine. If anyone has any information, please call the allagheny county police Detective Scott Holzwarth at 412-473-1259.

Holy sh**... glad that you're OK. Hope they find the guys, and hope they get what they deserve (which IMHO is a nice beating).

Did they take anything other than weapons and accessories? If not, it almost seems like they knew what they wanted beforehand.

Sorry to hear about this Glock22xd9. Hope the cops weren't too hard on you since it was primarily weapons taken.

They touched nothing but weapons related stuff. My laptop was out in the open, they decided not to take my remington pump action 30.06, my U.S. springfield trapdoor 1863, my winchester 22, and they missed the glock 22 that was in my range bag with my spare mag for the XD which I was carrying.

I spent the day with 2 detectives from the Allegheny county police, and the early morning with the Sewickley, and Edgeworth PD. All were VERY cool and VERY helpful.

I missed my finals in crime scene basics and criminal law today, but I feel I studied very well for BOTH considering the circumstances.

5% of all burglaries are ever solved.

    The BG's are lucky I wasn't home.

They are even luckier I didn't catch them in the act.

If I do find out, jail will be the least of their worries.

Other than the kel-tec being registered to me, and in the hands of a BG, it's no big loss.

The Winchester model 70 was my uncles. It originally belonged to my great uncle which should tell you the approximate monetary value, not including sentimental value.

I'm buyin a safe after finals week.

Let's all hope BG doesn't come back, but if he does, say a lil prayed for his soul.

The cops were REALLY REALLY cool. This is the first time I didnt get crap about something, even though I should have prevented this from happening.

I take full responsibility for the stupidity of my neglect.

I apologise to all of you law abiding citizens for putting 2 more weapons in the hands of the BG.

I'd personally rather arrest him, but nothing would stop me from beating the snot out of him.
