What do they mean by blemished? A found a knife I have been wanting on that list, not sure of being blemished will make my purchase regrettable.

The blade may be tarnished, the scales may be mismatched or have a slight imperfection in them. Typically a "blemish" is something that is cosmetic and doesn't affect the operation. If it was something that affected the operation, they wouldn't even sell it due to possible lawsuits.
