At current rates, that's sadly a deal. It's tough to find .223 or 5.56 under $1 a round right now.

Were you logged on when attempting purchase also sometimes if you exceed the allowed quantity of items you have issues I didn't have problems with my order 🤔

I didn't see anything about an FFL being required. I am not buying, but went through the process to see if that was the case.
I don't think it is - there's a note about "restricted items" and "FFL", but I think that's just a general "catch all" for areas that do have restrictions.
If an FFL were required, I believe there would have ben an area to select the FFL of your choice - I didn't see that at all.
