I ordered some small random part at some point in the past - similarly, everywhere else was the same price or higher... plus shipping. They include free shipping, so it was a no brainer.
They shipped super fast as I recall.
I looked for reviews and such prior to ordering. Apparently they've been in business for a good while.
Looking at the site there's some decently priced stuff there.

Oh crap. Rainier Arms! They have free shipping running now. Just looked. $7.50 (if the 308 hole works for you)

Need a crush washer too. $3.25

Only 75 cents more if you feel more comfortable with Rainier Arms

Price is on par, but be prepared for a potentially crap-tastic trigger. Only build I ever did with an Anderson kit had a horrible trigger pull, to the point that i had to swap in some Kaw Valley springs. Still not perfect but no longer complete shit. Not sure if I was blessed with bad kit or that's the norm, but far worse than any other kit I've ever encountered, including no name stuff.

That looks like the updated trigger/hammer (has the "hollowed out" areas), but I don't know that it's any better than the original.
I've heard the mixed reviews too. In my "box of assorted parts" I have two LPKs minus trigger group. I only have one trigger group on hand - an Anderson stainless. It was left over after using the Anderson LPK for a rifle, but using a drop in trigger instead of the Anderson trigger.
Part of me says to just throw the Anderson away based on reports like yours. I'll probably just toss it in an envelope and keep it as a last resort.

Have any of you tried these parts and kits?

I have built several rifles with them and had no issues at all. Priced the way they should be priced, without all the BS. They run out often, but are quick to fill.

250+ mile drive to get it puts it over the $600 mark. At least you tried lol

Its my birthday this week, I wanna get myself something new. A small-er carry gun or an AK are high on the list.

I don't follow handguns and I gave up trying to keep track of which AK is a decent one and which to avoid. Really, once the price of AKs went higher than AR15s, I stopped paying attention to them altogether since I won't pay the going rate for one.
So much regret for selling my lowly WASR several years back.
