I just spent half an hour scouring the web for IN STOCK lowers.
$60 + shipping is about the best I could find - many closer to $100.

If you need a lower and you see one for less than $70, you will likely lose if you dick around looking for a better deal.

I just bought a couple of lowers for $60 each at a gun store here in PA.

the pharmacy / gunshop near me (Smithgall's) usually has Aero's at that price as well.

It*s not too much if there are people willing to pay it. People who like to be prepared stocked up when prices were low. Many people have made the statements along the lines of *buy it cheap, stack it deep* over the last couple of years. I know I have said it a few times in this thread. Supply is now low, demand is high, prices for component parts has gone up, and sellers have a chance to make money and increase their bottom line. more power to them. Buyers had the chance to take advantage of the situation when supply was high and demand was low...... Now sellers have he chance to take advantage of low supply and high demand. They would be fools not to.

If people aren*t willing to pay it..... the prices will come down. It*s one of the great things living in a non socialist (for now) country.

Ahh unfortunately it's true which is why I stocked up initially and instead of buying more now I invested in a press , and my buddy just literally dropped me off his single stage press that he isn't planning on using and several dies as well. I'm just hoarding components now as they are available cheap, I figure that will be the best long term investment because politics are always going to be around to drive the demand.

I just picked up a stripped Anderson lower at bass pro for $49 in early July. I called cabelas and they had some at that time as well. But again this was a few weeks ago.
