Yup, I was in on that one when we all bought them.

Just ordered some from a army surplus Ebay store for an equally (if not better) absurdly low price.
The only hitch is that the SHIPPING RATES that Ebay shows are WRONG.
You need to contact the seller to get an actual shipping price - especially if you combine items.

Ebay said shipping for 3 was $15
I added some $3 straps with buckles and another $5 lightweight item and Ebay showed around $15 shipping for EACH of the other two items.

I couldn't use the "contact seller" button on Ebay because I can't find my password, so I just CALLED him instead.
He explained the messed up Ebay shipping thing and said "Give me a few minutes and I'll call you back with a shipping quote".
10 minutes later he called and said "I made a custom listing for your order - it will show as "Traffic End Caps - Special Sale", and he gave me an "item number" to look up on Ebay to place my order.
Shipping was a reasonable $8 and change. (I ordered 3 (six total) as well as 3 (six total) of one strap and 3 (six total) of another strap - I'm going to try making mini chest rigs out of them)
I ordered this morning around 10am and this evening I got a shipping notice from UPS.

They should arrive on Tuesday and I'll update as to the fitment of mags.
Some of them (from SG) had flaps that were just a smidge too short to fit 2 USGI mags and snap it closed - others were just fine.

1 PAIR (2) ACU DIGITAL MOLLE II BANDOLEER AMMUNITION POUCHES NEW W/ STRAPS

    Buy 1 $1.99/ea
    Buy 2 $1.89/ea
    Buy 3 $1.79/ea
    4 or more for $1.59/ea

    That's TWO, not one.
So a quantity of "1" gets you TWO for $1.99!!!
A quantity of "2" gets you FOUR for $3.78!!!
A quantity of "3" gets you SIX for $5.37!!!

He even threw in an extra pair of milsurp pack straps with metal buckles in a bag with "FREE" hand written on the bag.

    EDIT:
I just checked fitment and ALL snap closed without effort using TWO USGI mags per pouch as per spec.
I was able to close a few flaps on TWO Lancer mags on a few, but it was tight.
TWO PMAGs are a NO - ONE PMAG each is fine.

I know some people reported issues getting 7.62x39. I've ordered other ammo from this place and it's been good.

Wolf Ammo 7.62x39mm 122 gr FMJ Steel Case 20/Box $9.99

Yeah I hear ya. I had one of their basic stainless LPKs and the trigger pull sucked. Swapped in some Kaw Valley springs and it's ok now, still not fantastic but acceptable.

You're probably just use to good stuff. I have over 30 of these poverty pony LPKs and they all go pew pew pew each time I pull the trigger..

I had a cheap Anderson LPK and the hammer was soft, not properly heat treated. The disconnector was chewing up the engagement surface. I think I recall Anderson sending me a replacement. Either way, that was lame.

They do, but it's pretty widely accepted that Anderson triggers suck.
Few people bitch about being broke more than I do, but I won't buy another Anderson LPK when I can have something much better for ten dollars more.

The deal posted is a good one though.

I added a snap when I bought the earlier run. Now I can store 2 PMAGS in each pouch.
