I have been getting several emails from them telling me they are going quick...for the last three weeks. I finally asked to be taken off.

My understanding is they fixed the issue with the crimping spring. I prefer the fix another company came up with. They used a plunger and a shorter, heavier spring in the fix...and it eliminates all issues. I mentioned it to Rare Breed...they said their fix was enough. i mentioned the other companies fix was a great long term fix...they didn't appreciate that.

I won't buy one of their triggers. I want one but will wait and see how good the fix is.

Ups says i have a package coming from Utah on wednesday, we’ll see what happens. May have to look into that plunger option. Its more of a “gimmick buy/get it before the banhmer” than anything else. If it doesnt work in the AR9, i’ll throw it in the safe and use it as an excuse to build a 300 blackout down the line on a poly80 lower

Also looks like the piston mod is nothing more than a bolt catch spring and detent with a bit of dremel work on holes. And it looks like i can send it to Armament to have them do the work for $75 with a 2 week turnaround time. Or DIY for $2 and 15 min of my time..or cut down one of the many 1.5mm allen wrenches i have and brace the spring so it doesnt kink...

More research, seems the concensus is that these are designed by Spikes Tactical. Company is out of Orlando (Spikes is in Apopka) but ships from Utah...weird and kinda sketch. Guess if i get a knock and talk from ATF, i know something is up. The safety bar looks strangely like a “wall hanger” in the pics of the trigger
