Plus $9-$11 per mag vs $18 plus makes more sense
Ironically I run lancers as my go to they feed everything I have thrown at them no issues at all for me.

Lancers (due to the metal feed lips) have the same problem USGI mags do, they can be damaged in such a way that isn't readily apparent but will cause feed issues at unpredictable times. However with a pmag it will be very obvious that its broken.

It's personal preference. I like them because they are slim like a USGI mag.
As much as I know that PMAGs are great mags, I just don't like them - they are more bulky.
I'm pretty sure that Lancers have failed some sort of torture tests, but I still hold them up there with the best of what's out there.

I like Troy Battlemags and Hexmags for the same reason I like Lancers - slim like a USGI mag - but I don't trust them like I do a Lancer mag.
I have a pile of Troy mags I got for dirt cheap years ago - they are my stash for trading some day.

Lancer BLACK mags usually go for $15 and the SMOKE ones are closer to $20, so getting those for $15 is a pretty good price.

Thanks, I have enough pmags and metal mags to last until my great great great grandchildrens generation. Might pick up a couple of the Lancers just for the hell of it.

Wasn't sure where to put this but it has "gun" in the name, so...

    Tractor Supply
    CLEARANCE

    Orig price $40
    Clearance price $20

When I checked out, it rang up as $13

I've purchased other clearance items there that have rung up much lower than the clearance price tag on the item.

Also note that they have a bunch of DeWalt and Bosch power/battery tools on clearance.
It may be worth a look.

Dont usually post LGS stuff but Gators in Shamokin Dam has a couple that stood out. Would definitely call to confirm availability though.

Radical AR in 7.62x39 with 8 (eight!) mags and a scope for $400.

    MPA Defender for $350
