First thing I've seen from Combat Armory in a while that's an actual deal.

It SAYS billet upper and lower.
The lower looks like billet. The upper looks like a standard forged upper to me.

Ah! I just clicked street view and got a big open field on one side and woods on the other. I bow to your superior skills.

Still doesn’t seem like a place I’d send my money though.
