Yeah, I think they are all sitting on ammo that isn't moving.

    Good price.

That's what they were selling for a year or so ago before all the red dots shot up in price.

These could be had for $75-$79 while the Romeo 5 could be had for $99
Then both shot up in price drastically.

Owning both the MSR and the Romeo 5, I give a slight edge to the Romeo 5, but I also prefer the lens caps on the MSR.
It doesn't "shake awake", but the battery life is good enough to leave it turned on 24/7

My personal "line" for the MSR is $99 - anything under that and it's a worthwhile price.

Thanks...I thought it was a good deal. It was posted on the AKfiles...figured I would pass it along.

It has. It’s gone down 25-50% across the board from the peak high. It’s just still too expensive for me.

I’m sticking to my prediction. I do have some time left.

    Pretty good comparison.
In the end, the winner is the one that has the features best suited for your personal wants/needs.
None of the negatives of the MSR mattered enough to me to dismiss it.

Stumbled across this vendor. AmmoSeek had good reviews for them. AE 147gr 9mm for $19/50 round box. Free shipping over $75 with coupon code Free2021, which is listed on their site. No tax. I chanced 500 rounds for $190 total. They do require an adult signature upon delivery. FedEx I believe.

    We'll see.

Battery easier to find is a bit of a stretch for point Romeo 5. Every CVS I*ve been in has the 1632 right next to to 2032 on the display. I have a 5, but having the MSR wouldn’t keep me awake at night.
