You can buy them on GunBroker for a marginal markup right now, I signed up for their mailing list months ago and haven't heard a peep. Meanwhile they pop up all the time on GunBroker for around $485 right now.

I saw them on GB. I just dont want to pay someone else a markup plus shipping. Also, not knowing if its the original or the redesigned one that fixes the issue of pinched spring turns me off of buying secondhand GB one

Id say check your spam box and make sure it isnt being routed there. Im getting an email feom them every other day now, after 2 mo without a peep

I have been getting several emails from them telling me they are going quick...for the last three weeks. I finally asked to be taken off.

My understanding is they fixed the issue with the crimping spring. I prefer the fix another company came up with. They used a plunger and a shorter, heavier spring in the fix...and it eliminates all issues. I mentioned it to Rare Breed...they said their fix was enough. i mentioned the other companies fix was a great long term fix...they didn't appreciate that.

I won't buy one of their triggers. I want one but will wait and see how good the fix is.
