For guys in SEPA: handgunner in topton has 3x anderson AR15 stripped lowers in blister packs for $45 ea. He also has a complete KE AR15 lower for $209

$95 SBA3 brace, ships free. Other colors cost more I think. Durkin was running the SBA3 w/o tube for $80 a few weeks back, but possibly no longer with Pedo's brace declarations (and by the time you add shipping, probably close to same price).
