Don*t know about any good deals for a dedicated upper. You can still find some decent deals on S&S 22*s. I will also say that my S&W .22 is my favorite fun gun to shoot at the range.

No as of now they are still legal. The entire thing is very confusing and like everything else in 2020 it seems like the ATF is playing a game and might have inserted some new words in an old letter changing everything. In other words they are lying per SB Tactical and their lawyers.
